Lately I've been obsessing over these Isabel Marant wedge sneakers! When I first started seeing these I wasn't sold on em. Then slowly but surely these chic street shoes kept growing on me. Maybe it was because of those terrible high heeled sneakers a few years back that had me turn my nose up at these wedges. But I'm off my high horse now because I say gimmie gimmie to these awesome sneakers!

Of course the originals will run you about $660. Even if you have the money many retailers are sold out or are on back order. So what's a girl to do when getting the originals aren't an option... find a similar and cheaper pair! My fav of the lesser versions are these pink Ash Bowie ones... hot!

I spied this beautiful green maxi dress online the other day and I'm thinkin I need this in my life. I'm always talkin about how much I love maxi dresses and here we go again because this one is soo pretty and has such a great color. I fell in love with it right away, hopefully the color looks the same in person *fingers crossed*. It looks so simple and easy, perfect for a girl like me (always late aka always rushin out the door). I may have to take a trip over to Old Navy and try it on.

Gimmie Gimmie: Oxfords

In the spirit of Back to School I decided to do a post about a classic type of shoe that always brings to mind thoughts of teachers, back packs... and homework, ugh (not looking forward to that at all). Currently I'm thinkin Oxfords!!! Why would you pick oxfords you may be asking of me. Well, cuz oxfords sure aint what they used to be. Now that the weather is heating up here in Wisconsin, I've been wearing a summer staple of mine... wedges! I live for wedges so I thought I would do a special post for some of the ones I'm lusting after (especially #3, I better start saving my pennies). Besides coming in many styles, shapes, colors and patterns most wedges are super super comfy. Wedges are a great compromise for women like myself who at times want to wear heels but don't want the pain. Personally I think espadrilles and cork wedges are the most comfy styles. When I can make it through a 12hr shift at work and my feet don't hurt after wearing a pair of wedges all day long then I must profess my love them. And they can come in all different price ranges too, the Old Navy ones #9 are only $15 bucks. At that price you can't afford not to be stylish. Happy Shopping!
